Battery health not display on Razer Synapse 4

I didn’t do anything and suddenly it’s working normally again. I will update this post if I have the issue again

 

Here’s what it looks like when it’s back to normal. It’s weird that it suddenly back to normal again. I had this issue for over a week.

It’s happening to me now.  No fix and wait for it to come back by itself?

Yeah I remember it just came back by itself suddenly when I tried to record issue to support. I had the problem for days or 1 week I remembered.

Can you uninstall your mouse drivers by following the steps from this article and check if the issue continues? If it does, please send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable troubleshooting steps that might address the battery health issue.
