Battery Not Charging - New Razer Blade 15

URGENT! My new Razer Blade 15 doesn’t have power unless it is plugged to a power outlet. It says “74% not charging” “power mode(plugged in)” I keep trying to charge it but it never goes up or down from 74% too.

      I have the exact same issue with my new Razer Blade also ( although mine says 54%!) Have emailed for assistance but in the meantime would be interested if you have had yours resolved Willson.
