I Puchased my razer blade base in 2018, and since then, the battery has bloated, and cracked through they track pad, making it unusable. What should I do?.

Remove battery 1st before it’ll make more damage to the laptop case.

Then you can only contact Razer Support to check if they have some battery replacements for your model: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/contact-support

Trackpad comes with palmrest (as a one part), I doubt, that Razer will have it as a spare part, so you can aonly search for it on ebay or other similar site(s).

I know my battery is beginning to bloat when the mouse left and right keys require more pressure to depress.  I am on my fourth battery on my Razer Blade 15” 2018 base, third replacement.  This will be my last replacement before I replace the computer for more advance graphics GPU and processor.  Replacing a laptop is very arduous and time consuming but I would like  better battery life and less bloating.  I know this has a lot to do with thermals and if the computer is constantly plugged in.  That being said, the computer has been really terrific other than battery bloat.
