Tried contacting Razer support. They don't answer the phone or respond to emails and the chat line is now dead. I can't even fill out a support request because the form rejects my serial number!!!!!
My battery (model number RC30-0248) for my Razer Blade 15 2019 Advanced became swollen so I just want/need to order a replacement. What is the best and fastest possible way to achieve this?

im experiencing the same problem sir. did u remove ur battery to prevent it from destroying the chasis of ur laptop? if so, is it safe and recommended? thanks for the response.
