Bought the laptop 3 years back and it was running smoothly until a few months ago when my trackpad stopped working and there was visible bump on the back of the laptop. I tried looking up about it on the internet and contacted razer support about it on their website, but I was denied because my laptop’s warranty had expired. How can I get a replacement for it if that’s the case?
