I was cleaning dust out of my laptop, and I found out the battery got swollen. I pricked it with a needle and gas came out with a weird smell. Then I saw the instruction on the battery says stop using battery if it got swollen. So, I taped the hole and removed the battery. Can I get a new battery?

    Battery is consumable product that usually has only a year guarantee. However you can contact support by rising support ticket here. Yes stop using it, it’s dangerous using swollen battery, remove it use only ac adapter if you need to Backup your data before sending it for repair.

      Please note that we do not ship out laptop batteries. I will also have to dissuade you from using the laptop with the poked battery in it. Do send me a PM with the serial number of your Razer Blade should you want to send it in for repair.
