Battery won’t Charge

I just purchased my razor blade 15 about a week ago. My laptop was plugged in and then it stopped showing that it was plugged in. Now it will not charge at all. I’ve tried another charger from my buddies razor blade 15 and even his charger won’t work on my laptop.

    Were there any changes to your laptop before the issue? Let's isolate the behavior first by following the steps from this link. Should the behavior persists, send me the serial number of your Razer Blade via PM. I'll be needing it to verify its model and look into possible solutions.
