Beep sound coming from Blackshark V2 Pro

I purchased a Blackshark V2 Pro yesterday and since purchasing it, I have been getting a random sound where it mutes the headset and makes at times 1 beep and other times several before giving me game sound back....It almost sounds as if its indicating to me that it has low battery or a connection loss....might still return product if not resolved.

    Do you get the same result when using the headset via wired and wireless? Is Synapse running in the background when the issue occurs? Please send me the serial number of your device via PM.
