When I try to request the activation code for 7.1, I get the message: Unfortunately, this product is not eligible for registration.

I need your help because I bought these Blackshark V2 X headphones specifically for that feature.

Where did you bought it? May be fake, if so - you cant register it.

Hey @09772568476,

I responded to your other post, let’s continue there to avoid confusion.

Okay thanks for letting me know

at this point I’m worried about even the “genuine” Razer staff….

Thanks for the heads-up and for making the verification process clear. The gear icon and the requirement to use only @razer.com email addresses are useful things to check. It’s definitely worth staying cautious with anyone requesting personal or account information, and reporting suspicious accounts right away.

seems like the fake agents are doing more work than the real ones, would be nice to get ANY assistance from razer

Fake agents wanted to steal information and money from you - and you call it “work”. Sorry, but you’re just dumb.

I might be considered a “fake agent” but honestly my motivation is just to be present during WST 👍

I’ll be applying for Vanguard soon 🤞
