BF5 Crashes with synapse

Hi, Since I've bought my new Razor Ornata V2 keyboard, battlefield crashed to destop after about 10min of playing. Before I only had the Basilics V2 mouse and never had a crash. If I close all the synapse processes via task manager I can play again without crashes. How can i fix this? Thanks

Have you tried doing a clean reinstallation of your Synapse? If you haven't, please follow the steps provided by this link. If that doesn't help, do send me the serial number of your Ornata V2 via PM. I'll lock this thread now.
