I ordered a Razer Blade 16 and a charger on Dec. 19th.  I received an email saying my order was being processed that same day.  The next day I received a shipping invoice listing only the charger, but the bill included the cost of the laptop!  My credit card has been billed for the laptop *and* the charger, but only the charger is on the razer invoice or in any fedex records.  I have emailed customer support about a refund but I don’t know if it has been too long or if my ticket has been closed.  The chat and web support form in customer care, btw, are bugged on safari for iphone and redirect me to the same page.

Where is my computer?  Will it be shipped separately?

Resolved, please close thread.  It was a 2 shipment order billed in full on guest checkout.  Guests cannot check order status before shipping and the support page has a bug where the chat window doesn’t pop up on portrait mode on mobile.
