BIOS Update SO6110-BIOSv0108 Not Applying – Windows Hello Issue

I’ve attempted to update my BIOS using the recently released version SO6110-BIOSv0108 from your website, but unfortunately, the update does not seem to apply successfully.

 

Despite multiple installations, my system still shows BIOS version Razer 1.06 (dated 2025-07-03).

 

The main reason I was eager to apply this update, is because Windows Hello is currently not functioning properly. It keeps prompting me to center my face, but fails to detect or respond to my position, regardless of adjustments.

 

I genuinely hope you can assist me with this issue, which may also be affecting other users. I look forward to your response and any guidance you can offer.
