Black screen

hi, i got the same issue, after switching to dedicated GPU, it went away. But it came back consistently after windows update

I have the Blade 15 Advanced 2020 model. So, I just installed the exact update you did, and afterwards I had the same issue. Right now, I was able to work around it by rolling back the drivers, uninstalling the latest feature update in boot menu options after resetting the pc multiple times. But, clearly this issue is due to the new windows update so there is some issue on one of their sides. Hopefully Razer support see this. I also had battery issues before the update, which was halving my battery life. So there seem to be multiple issues.

I'm having this exact same issue: black screen after startup when set to "dedicated GPU" in razer synapse (after installing latest drivers & windows updates). My workaround for now is just using an external monitor. I contacted razer to try and resolve this but their customer support kept asking me the same questions over and over so I gave up.

Same issue for me. Super annoying given that this is a high end laptop...

same issue here on the same model.... extremely annoying considering the high price.
