black shark v2 and death adder v3 wired not showing in synapse

Today I got my death adder v3 and I just. Plug it in and it didn't show in synapse after reinstalling synapse my black shark V2 with soundcard doesn't show up anymore then I tried to reinstall Windows but it didn't after like 20min of Researching in the device manager it shows my mouse name as "hid complaint device" and idk about my headset I tried to plug it out and In it still didn't work I have my headset over 1 year and it was working completely fine pls help
