Black Shark V2 Pro - THx Spatial audio problem

Dear all My headphone was bought in May 2022 and worked flawlessly for 3 weeks. 3 or 4 weeks ago my Razer BSV2pro start not to work as THX spatial device. 16 days ago, I open a case, but support were not able to solve it. Did someone face some problem? Someone can help me? Remember I already opened a case, I did all directions sent by support, so clean uninstall, reinstall, and sent all screens were made, without success.
