Black Shark V2 Registration Problem

I ordered my headphones from Best Buy through Insta Cart April 24th I came home to bite marks in the wire from my cat so i tried to register to see if i got warranty on them Ihave the S/N bc it’s on the headphones when I tried to put in the Model Number it said it wasn’t valid and it doesn’t look like the example shown online I only have the instructions paper and the headphones as well as a online receipt but I cannot register without the Product Number how can I find it or get it
