Hi, i just bought a razer blackshark v2 x from amazon.eg egypt, i didn’t find the physical activation code inside the box said ok since i can activate the 7.1 surround sound from the wesite by registering my product but when i register the product it tells me that the product is already registered on another account how is that when i just bought the product.
