Hello, esteemed Razer team notice stating that "This product is already registered. If you did not register it, please contact Razer Support" appear when I tried to activate my Black Shark V2 X headphones.I appreciate your assistance and ask that you get in touch with me to let me know what information and papers are needed.

Return it and get it from legit source and not temu/aliexpress or other shady websites (also 3rd party amazon sellers can sell fake products too).
