Where did you purchase your Razer headset? Was it brand new? If the device serial number is already registered to another account and the activation code is missing, I suggest you return the product to the reseller and take advantage of your warranty.
Please be aware that products purchased from non-authorized dealers may be used, counterfeit, re-boxed, defective, or gray market goods. You can check the list of authorized Razer resellers here to ensure your Razer device is genuine.
If you need further assistance, please send me a PM with the Razer BlackShark V2 X's serial number and proof of purchase. You can the shareable files via Google Drive. Thanks!
