black widow are not typing

my keyboard is black widow v4 are not typing ,but the rgb are working .when i press fn button the light go 1234 l don't know why help plz, i tried rest it but nothing happened

Try to reinstall your keyboard’s drivers by following the steps below:

 

1. Press Windows + S on your device to open the Search bar.
2. Type in “Device Manager” and hit Enter.
3. Go to "device" or "Human Interface Device".
4. Right-click on the Razer device and select Uninstall device.
5. Restart your computer to completely uninstall the drivers.

The drivers will automatically reinstall after your computer restarts. You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
