So basically my black widow elite does not have any onboard profiles and I don't understand how it doesn't. It never has had them. And I don't know what to do. Could anyone help me?

    Razer BlackWidow Elite has an onboard memory that can save up to 5 profiles. That said, I want to make sure that we're looking at the same thing. Please send me the serial number of your device via PM. I can use that to verify the model and point you in the right direction. I'll be locking this thread now.
