Black widow v3 pro driver issue

Under bluetooth and other devices my keyboard shows Driver is unavailable. I've tried switching to bluetooth mode and even wired. Still the same problem. I'm pretty sure this is the reason why synapse won't detect my keyboard.This has been plaguing me for several hours with nothing online helping. I've check and haven't seen the same issue crop up. Tried a fresh install of synapse 3, restarting my computer and swapping usb ports but nothing has worked yet. If anyone has any insight on to how this can be fixed that would be awesome and thanks for your time

Having this problem too. The keyboard sometimes is unresponsive. E.g. I'll be holding down W to move forward and all of a sudden the keyboard will stop registering causing me to be frozen in place. After a second or so the keyboard will become responsive again. Rinse. Repeat. Appreciate the feedback
