suddenly my Keyboard Black widow v3 Pro stop workin properly when I press any Key for example the letter E the keyboard gives me back this “3edxc”. I tried reset the keyboard, synapse even the pc, updt the drivers and still not working, there is no macro or so instaled on the keyboard and I have no idea what else I can do

Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
