I’ve recently tried to plug in my blackwidow v3 pro however it doesn’t seem to give any life no matter what I do, no lights on any mode, when it’s wired It doesn’t recognise it as plugged into any computer with any wire, I use the official wire that came with the keyboard and it seems to work fine with other devices but nothing on the keyboard
i suspect it’s some kind of charging port issue but wondered if anyone came across this?
I can’t update the firmware because the computer doesn’t recognise it as plugged in, I’ve cleaned the charging port there’s no debris in it and I’ve tried the caps space and tab button or whatever to hard reset to no avail
