Black Widow V3 stops working (a lot) | Razer Insider

My Black Widow V3 is plugged into one of my laptop's USB ports and every other day or so the typing functionality locks entirely (and on my laptop as well). I come back to my desk and see countless new tabs of google chrome opened and neither keyboard types until I unplug and replug the Razer keyboard. Most times it usually leads to a restart.



Today's instance of it happening inverted all the locks (num/scroll/caps) after I re-plugged it in and would not self correct until I restarted the machine entirely.



Has anyone had a similar issue at all to this? Razer, what can I do to fix this??
