Blackscreen when using media key / volume with BlackWidow V3

Hi ! I recently bought a blackwidow v3 and everything went well until recently , everytime i use the media key or the volume nob when having a fullscreen application my screen turns black, i can't find any explanation ... no clue if it's even the keyboard ... Someone has an idea ? Anyhelp is precious :D !
