Hello, I have already purchased and registered the product and used it, but I reformatted my PC and tried to get it again and login my account, it said I need a key again to activate. Now I have entered the key it’s already been used. Now I tried getting another code but Razer isn’t giving me one on my email.
What could I possible get wrong here? (except for grammar thx)
