Blackshark Pro v2 audio issue

Hello, When playing a game, for discord I have a shortcut to mute my mic, that button being right ALT. I use it very frequently and it is very important. I got the Blackshark Pro v2 today and now when i am playing a game, I will go to mute and it doesn't make the audio cue that it actually muted. I have to spam it 4-5 times and then the audio comes through and it makes the noise. I already tested with my old headset and there is no issue with that, also went ahead and confirmed my audio is correctly set up both in windows and discord. I want to like this headset but this audio bug is starting to kill the vibe. Side note: This also happens in OpraGX where i have a audio that plays when i type. If i tab out and go back in and start typing it does the same thing. Please if anyone else has this issue, let me know.
