Headset was working fine, then when I turned my PC on it stopped showing up in my sound settings.
I tried everything from windows updates, installing synapse etc. I even tried to use the firmware updater for the headset+dongle, however I can not proceed with this as the update option is greyed out.
It looks to me like the receiver is bricked
unless I am missing something.
Please help.
