Blackshark V2 audio muffled and low

After the recent update, the audio in games and audio playback in general is lowered and muffled for my V2. Is it not possible to make a fix for something in an update without breaking several other things? It suddenly seems now that the volume is either too high or too low.  How they managed to ruin this is beyond me.

I believe they don’t test their software or simply don’t give a damn about it. 

My sound has gotten worse as well, its way quieter than usual and loud things in a close radius are “artificially amplified”. Using a BlackShark V2 as well.
