Hello, some weeks ago (a bit after the previous nVidia driver update) my BlackShark v2 started connecting and disconnecting continuously when playing some demanding PC games (Marvel Rivals and Discord, MH Wilds, etc.). I got a replacement and change it for a v2 Pro (2023), and now I have some constant noise. I have tried using the Razer Synapse software and not using it, but I can’t see any difference. What could be happening?

Also is it doing the same via Bluetooth?
Haven’t tried via Bluetooth, sorry :(. The firmware was up to date, though I finally returned it. Now my V2 Pro (2023) is having a lot of cracking and noise, but no disconnections.
