Blackshark V2 Headphone connection
I am having an issue with the headphone connection on the headset where the detachable microphone does not pick up sound unless pushed in extremely hard. As soon as pressure is released the microphone cuts out.
Any one who can help or is this just a faulty connection to the headset ?

By pushed really hard, do you mean you physically have to push the mic for it to capture audio? If so, then please send me the serial number. We'll have to submit a warranty claim if it really is a hardware issue.
