Blackshark v2 hyperspeed dongle "usb device not recognized"

After a while my headphones dongle stopped working. The windows is informing that “usb device not recognized”. I don’t use USB hub. I can’t pair them. When it was still working I have updated firmware, now i can’t go through that process. I have reinstalled Synapse - this also didn’t worked. Is the dongle broken, or there is something wrong with the system?

Most probably dongle broken, but I’d test in other USB port or even different PC.
