After turning on headset there is no bass and volume is low, unless you head to synapse 4 and reapply the eq. Headset firmware is up to date. Tried both windows 10 and 11. Tried turning off sound enhancements in windows settings. Problem can be recreated simply by turning off/on headset. Can anyone help me pls?
