Blackshark v2 Hyperspeed problems

I got few weeks ago the Blackshark v2 Hyperspeed headset and suddenly its kind of broken? 
When i connect it to the Dongle the sound seems extremely off. Its very blurred and my microphone seems not to work. 
When connected with Bluetooth my sound is still bit off but my mic is working but discord sounds are amazing and clear? everything else is bit bad??? 
I already updated everything and don’t find a solution on my own.

Please help me.
