Blackshark V2 mic sounds robotic

I bought Blackshark V2 today and plugged to my computer. After an update, i joined my friends' discord and they said that my voice sounds like robotic. I restarted my computer but nothing changed. But when i reduce my mic's volume to 40 and closed voice clarity and ambient noise reduction, they said it got better but still a bit robotic. My previous headset was Kraken V2 and they said Kraken's voice was better. Is there any solution for this problem? I'm not a native English speaker, sorry if i mistaken.

    I have a similar issue. I used to have the Kraken and the mic sounded fine. Using the Blackshark V2 Pro microphone over discord, I have gotten several complaints - sounds robotic, volume of my voice increases and decreases as I'm talking, some static, etc.
