Blackshark V2 mic volume

Just switched to a Blackshark V2, and now people online are saying it sounds too quiet, like I'm in a hole. Their settings are maxed for incoming voice chat. My mic sensitivity is maxed. I'm using the USB sound card that came with it. All of the Razer Synapse settings that claim to improve voice quality are turned on. The people having issues with the sound level are both on PS4s. Someone on another PC says the sound is fine. Anyone have any suggestions?

    Do you mind sharing all the troubleshooting steps that you've taken so far? That way, I can look into other possible solutions that you haven't done already. For now, I highly recommend that you test the headset without the USB Audio Controller and send me your results via PM. *Locking the thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
