BlackShark v2 pro 2020 usb dongle didn't pair correctly?

My usb dongle broke for my 2020 blackshark v2 pro, I do not have the original charger, I ordered a replacement dongle off of ebay used my laptop to update the firmware etc followed the guide but when it was doing it it said the pairing of the dongle and the headset failed but they would connect to eachother and work wirelessly, but only for a few seconds and then the light would start blinking blue on the headset and I couldn’t hear sound or it would go in and out.. any fix? or do I have to just go buy a new headset? please help, really don’t want to have to buy a whole new headset.

Having the same issue here, constantly blinking the blue light even though I did purchase a replacement dongle (which Razer should have in their replacement catalog) but its all to absolutely no luck. Just gonna find a new headset/standalone mic.
