Привет. Я только что купил BlackShark V2 Pro (2023) и не могу заставить его появиться в Synapse. Я пробовал с Synapse 3, 4 и ничего. Они работали на ПК или телефоне через Bluetooth, но не могу заставить их появиться в приложении. В диспетчере устройств они определяются как USBAudio1.0. Я пытался переустановить приложение несколько раз, но ничего. Я пытался обновить прошивку гарнитуры, но она не может обнаружить мой двойник. Есть ли решение этой проблемы?

The Razer Insider doesn't have support for your preferred language. Please post your inquiry or concern in English across all boards. By the way, try the Device Detection Troubleshoot Tool. If that didn’t do the trick, then drop me a message via PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
