Hi everyone,

a month ago I bought the BlackShark V2 Pro headphones version 2023.
I have a very big problem with the connectivity.

The headphones during sessions of even several minutes break (interrupts the sound, is distorted)

I tried several USB inputs as well as external HUB's but it did not help. I installed the drivers from scratch, including an update from the website - to no avail.

No device interferes with headphone connectivity, I have the adapter only a dozen centimeters away.

 

Do you have any ways to fix this?
