Hello,
I purchased the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro 2023 model headset around mid-2024, but for the past three months, I've had to use it without drivers. :) This is because Razer hasn't released any updates or fixes.
To use the drivers, you need to install a program called Razer Synapse, but this program is probably one of the worst you'll ever encounter. Even if it recognizes the headset, it fails to handle even the most basic settings like EQ, microphone, and volume controls.
I suspect that Razer hasn't ensured compatibility with the Windows 11 24H2 version. This is a major issue because it's hard to comprehend how a company like Razer doesn't support the latest version of Windows.
The reason I'm bringing this up is to let anyone considering buying a Razer product know that you shouldn't expect any support at all. On global platforms like Reddit, there are hundreds of people experiencing the same problem, yet Razer doesn't seem to care.
In short, we are left disappointed with the money we've spent. If by any chance someone has found a solution for the same product, I’d appreciate it if you could share it here.
Solutions I’ve Tried: Firmware update, installing Razer Synapse 3 and 4, establishing a wired connection.
