Blackshark V2 Pro 2023 EQ and Mic not worling

I am currently using Synapse 3,  i uninstalled and reinstalled all the drivers, and formatted my computer to understand that the problem was not in my computer. No matter what I do, the EQ doesn't work. Microphone settings are not working. I bought Razer headphones for the first time and I think I regretted it.

I have Blackshark V2 Pro (not 2023) and I am experiencing the exact same issue.

Been attempting to resolve the issue for the past 4 hours so that I can optimize my microphone’s quality (because it is horrible by default and needs at least the noise cancellation toggled), but alas, in all of Google, there was no resolution for Windows 10 (seems like there is a resolution for Windows 11 users).

With this, I have come to the conclusion that I shall reach out to my retailer and refund the product. I used to have Blackshark V2 Pro, purchased it in 2020 and I was very satisfied with it. But not anymore, seems like it has downgraded due to Razer’s software (Razer Synapse) being as buggy as always.

I solved the problem by installing Windows 10. It is a huge nonsense to not be able to use the features of the headset with the latest version of Windows 11. I hope you solve the driver problems. Many users have problems, but no one has been able to solve them for months. This is not something to be expected from a large and reliable company like Razer. We shouldn't have to search on the internet to see if there are driver problems before purchasing a product.
Because of Razer, I am forced to use Windows 10 for a while.
