Hello, I bought a Blackshark V2 Pro 2023 headset in about a year ago and since then, I had minor/major popping sound problems. Whenever I started a song, it would make a popping sound first and play the song. Whenever there were pauses in sound it would make a popping sound. And weirdly, it would just make popping sounds out of nowhere while playing a game and watching videos too. Is there a way I can fix this issue? I am concerned if a software is causing this problem or if this is a physical problem and needs to get repaired.

Hi, what version of operating system are you using, I have noticed a problem when using 7.1 surround sound on win 11 24h2
Been having this problem for months. I’ve seen countless threads about this exact issue. Absolutely nothing I’ve done has been able to fix it, and I’ve tried every fix I could find on this issue. I updated Razer Synapse, turned it off, uninstalled and reinstalled it 4 times, turned off THX Spatial Audio, deleted all files pertaining to Spatial Audio, I’ve tried unplugging the usb dongle and using bluetooth, I tried using different usb outlets on my pc, I tried lowering the bass down to zero in Synapse. Quite literally NOTHING has worked. From what I’ve read, it cannot be fixed. People have gotten replacement headsets from Razer and they’ve all said that the issue persisted. People think it’s a software issue in the headset itself. Razer themselves have to know about it by now because of the sheer amount of people complaining on forums about this exact issue, not just on the Razer website itself, but on Reddit, Tom’s hardware, you name it. I don’t understand why they’ve kept quiet about this issue or why they haven’t fixed it yet, it makes no sense. DO NOT BUY THE RAZER BLACKSHARK V2 PRO 2023 EDITION.
I have the same issue, but i have the BlackShark V2 X USB. Sometimes the audio turns off and no matter what i do, i can’t fix it without restarting my pc. The otherday the audio starts popping but very loud this time, at the point that i had to take them off. I hope they’re working on a solution.

Hey KatameFukuro. Does the issue happen while connecting the headset to another USB port or PC? Also, if you are using a USB hub, please connect the headset directly to our computer's USB port and see if the popping sound stays. Also, try updating your device’s firmware from this link and see how it goes.
