Basically as the title says, ive been trying to fix this issue for the past 4 days and ive come up with no solution. All firmware is up to date, I tried using the headset pairing software but the headset keeps turning on while pairing (I have no idea why), and I’ve tried the troubleshooting tool for both synapse 3 and 4 with no solution. Any help?

Can you test the headset on another computer to see if the issue continues? Please send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable troubleshooting steps that might address the connection issue.
