When the sound is too quiet, it makes a crackling noise.
The problem occurs when I'm listening to a video with very faint sounds that come and go.
I keep hearing the small noise that is typical when the speakers are powered on. I suspect that the part that produces the sound is turned off when there's no sound output. Is there any way to fix this?
when I need to listen to such sounds, I play another video with continuous sound. Haha.

Does it make any difference when Synapse is temporarily disabled? You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then you can drop me a message via PM along with the serial number of your Razer BlackShark V2 Pro so I can check for other troubleshooting steps.
