Blackshark v2 pro 2023 thx-eq-mic settings are not working cant update the synapse

"I plugged in my Blackshark V2 Pro 2023 to my computer. As soon as I plugged it in, the Synapse application prompted me to update the product. However, when I pressed the update button, the update was not successful. The application detects my headset, but I cannot adjust the EQ settings, and I cannot activate the noise cancellation for the microphone. It appears to be turning on the noise cancellation, but there is no change in the microphone. I contacted support, sent my logs, and they requested a video of the problem, which I provided. I am waiting for it to be resolved, but it seems like this problem has happened to people even 4 months, 6 months, or 1 year ago. Is there a solution, or are people who face this problem unable to use the Synapse application again? Does this mean I won't be able to fully utilize the headset I purchased?"

Do developers really have nothing to say about this? So, if I buy a high-end headset, will I not get any support in the support forums? Am I making a mistake by purchasing a Razer product?

Man i have same issue. And ıts only 16day before i bought this headset. I did everythhing but program not effect at all.

Long shot but if you go into Settings → system->sound->(choose blackshark v2 headset) and look towards the bottom of the settings screen, there should be an ‘Audio enhancements’ thing with a drop down for default/(maybe something else)/none. It should be device default effects with something about razer just underneath (like razer thx, not the microsoft home theater effects) to be able to run through synapse. Sorry if this isn’t clear but I’m not in front of that computer to check (i usually disable default device effects to get it to not go through synapse for audio output so I can use equalizer apo/peace eq instead, but i leave the mic going through synapse because it actually helps). if that doesn’t help, I would try uninstalling synapse, reboot, and reinstalling (not the repair)
