Hello.
So I recently bought my blackshark v2 pro 2023 headset and am having problems with the THX Spatial feature. I tried everything there is to enable it, like reinstalling drivers, reinstalling synapse, cortex and thx spatial audio and setting thx spatial as standard device. But nothing works. When I try to set thx spatial as standard device in sounds I just dont hear anything. I always made sure to switch from stereo to thx spatial in the sound tab in synapse. Also after looking at tutorials on fixing this they seem to always have a “mixer” tab which i just dont have (might just be older versions), so maybe this has something to do with it. I have genuenly no clue what the issue is and need help.
