Blackshark v2 pro 2023 wireless won't show up in Razer synapse

I have just connected my new BlackShark v2 pro 2023 wireless and connected them to my PC with the dongle.

I can hear and speak fine through the headphones, but i’d like  to configure  the set using synapse,
no matter what I try, nothing seems to make the headphones show up in the synapse app, even after trying everything I could find online.
