blackshark v2 pro -blinking red when charging

Hello, I picked up a set of ex display never used blacksharks and tried charging. Tried different cables, usbs, wall chargers and same result every time. Blinks slow red, and nothing builds in the battery. I also tried holding in the power button for 3 seconds and i get the double beep, this also doesnt resolve the issue. It does however cause the LED to blink faster. At no point have i seen the green blinking LED. Am i doing something wrong or is the item faulty? I can return it.

    Did you try connecting the headset to another USB port or computer? If the issue persists, don't hesitate to contact the place where you bought the device and ask for a warranty claim.
