Blackshark V2 Pro direct from Razer no activation for surround

I've registered my product, there's no sign of an activation code in the box, on the side etc. It's pretty dissapointing if this flagship model is not included in allocation of 7.1. Other than the forum is there a way to request one. Thanks.

just a bit more confusion, I've installed synapse and when I look into my sounds THX appears to be available and all the 7.1 funtions are working yet I've not put any activation in. Is it safe to assume this has happened autuomatically after a re-start?
